Rental Terms

Check-in is 3pm - Check-out is 11am Unless Otherwise Arranged

Keyless entry allows you to come and go as you please without the hassle of carrying keys with you. You will be asked to provide us with a four digit number to use as your personal access code prior to check-in.

We provide all bed linens and towels for daily use, hot tub and beach.

The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, gas cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker and water purifier, and dishwasher. All glassware, barware, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker, and toaster are provided. Please note we do not provide laundry services.

Amenities include wifi, Netflix, gas fireplace, gas bbq, hot tub, fire pit, gas fire table, relaxing swing with views of the lake, beautiful landscaping, etc.
The hot tub is emptied, cleaned, sanitized, and refilled prior to each guest.

We provide enough wood for at least one fire. Additional wood may be purchased at Ure's Country Kitchen, 6000 County Rd 20, Harrow - an approx. 5 minute drive.

Our base rental price is $300 per night with an additional one time cleaning fee of $120. For example, a two night stay would total $700.

Security Deposit

We may require a security deposit of $300 per visit. This deposit will be refunded to you within 5 days of check-out (usually sooner) if no damage has occurred We understand accidents happen and appreciate you informing us when they do. It's better to alert us than for us to find out on our own.

Please leave the property as you found it to avoid additional cleaning charges which will be deducted from the security deposit.

The owners are meticulous in their care of this property. For this reason, we ask you respect

the following terms:

strictly non-smoking
no parties
all overnight guests must be registered
no pets
no tents without prior permission
all guests must abide by all applicable federal, provincial and local laws including noise and fire by-laws, etc.
our property is open on 3 sides to Lake Erie and is not fenced. The safety of your children is your responsibility and we ask you be extremely diligent

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 60 days of scheduled check-in date - full refund

Cancellations within 30 days of scheduled check-in date - 50% refund

Cancellations with less than 30 days notice from scheduled check-in date - no refund

All cancellations must be made by speaking to the owner directly and confirmed in writing.
